Un kā daži no jums minēja, arī lielisks veids kā uzkopt mājas :) Since my hip injury some years ago in acro yoga practice, I have been looking for restorative ways to strengthen my hip flexors, adductors, and glutes. This is something I do daily to manage my hip health. And as some of you have mentioned, this is also a good way to polish your house ;) You might need extra soft padding for your knee thou.
