I am a group facilitator, personal development trainer, holistic bodyworker and movement teacher. Over the past 12 years I have been bringing holistic approach to learning to diversity of environments including hospitals, women prisons, youth camps and international and national agencies and organizations, yoga and wellness retreats, empowering individuals and communities to strive to live up to their potential. I have extensively traveled for work and study through Europe, Asia and South and North America to get to know causes of human suffering, discover opportunities for playful and content living as well as seek ways how individuals can create peace among themselves and their communities. It is essential for me to deliver high quality, meaning-full, effective courses that leave imprint on participants thinking and ideas as well as challenge their perspectives. Thus I am always looking to create a space for learning, sharing and relating that helps people grow and planet to survive and thrive.
